    Chief Executive Officer

    Charlie Kermer is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of INQ. He is responsible for the company’s overarching strategy, business processes, marketing, and sales, as well as INQ’s product and service offerings.

    After obtaining his degree in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics from Oxford University, Charlie embarked on a career steeped in finance. His first role was at BNY Analytics, excelling in business development and market analysis for strategic asset allocation to central banks and institutional investors. Transitioning to American Express, he conducted credit risk assessments for major corporations. As a founding partner of an Asset Management firm, Charlie orchestrated over $250 million in agri-business transactions worldwide.

    Chief Commercial Officer

    Will Brown is INQ’s Chief Commercial Officer and Co-Founder. He is responsible for driving revenue growth, enhancing customer engagement, and optimising the commercial aspects of INQ. Will is focussed on aligning sales, marketing, and business development strategies to achieve the company's financial and growth objectives.

    Bringing a decade of expertise in the deliverable Foreign Exchange sector at one of London’s fastest growing brokerages, Will has a proven track record of success. Throughout his tenure, he astutely led a team of 5 brokers and oversaw 25 compliance and payments professionals, orchestrating a remarkable profit surge of 4,900% in just 3.5 years. In his final year, Will managed over $6 billion in foreign exchange transactions.

  • Shaun Carter

    Chief Business Officer

    Shaun Carter is our Co-Founder and Chief Business Officer. Shaun manages the operational aspects of the company, including ensuring that the sales team have the necessary resources and processes and support to carry out their responsibilities.

    Shaun has a background in real estate and finance, consulting institutions, family offices and private UHNW clients on large scale investment projects throughout Australia, Europe, and South America. Shaun brings a substantial network and work ethic and has created a lucrative network of introducers, including Private Offices, Multi Family Office groups, Lawyers, and Asset Managers to INQ.
